We do not offer returns as all orders are custom made to the order.

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at studio@julesfrazier.com or call us at 206-915-6776.

We request clear photos of the damage so we can determine whether it was a shipping or printing or framing issue. In the rare case of a printing error, we will notify our print and frame partner and have your piece reprinted and framed at no cost to you.

Please note: slight color variations may occur between your screen and the final print due to monitor calibration differences.

All photographs are produced as fine art giclée prints using archival inks and museum-quality archival matte paper with a smooth white finish.

- Printed to order in multiple sizes
- Available with an acid free 2-inch white mat or no mat
- Offered unframed or framed in hand-crafted wood frames (White, Black, or Natural) Walnut available for an uncharge.

Custom sizes, paper or frames are available.

The listed size refers to the final framed size(approximate final dimensions below). Prints with no mat plus frame are approximately the listed size on the product page. Reach out if you need exact dimensions. 

- 12x16 = 8x12 inch print + 2-inch mat (13x17 inch framed)
- 16x24 = 12x18 inch print + 2-inch mat (17x23 inch framed)
- 20x30 = 16x24 inch print + 2-inch mat (21x29 inch framed)
- 30x42 = 24x36 inch print + 2-inch mat (30x42 inch framed)
- 40x60 = 34x51 inch print + 2-inch mat (40x57 inch framed approx.)

Square format:

We produce locally and offer high-quality handcrafted wood gallery frames in White, Black, and Natural.

- Photographs are dry-mounted behind scratch and UV-resistant, frame-grade acrylic.
- Each frame includes a dust cover back, hanging hardware (wire or wall buddies), and bumpers for professional, ready-to-hang quality.

-Non-glare acrylic is available for an upcharge.

-Walnut or other frame options available upon request

- Handle frames with care!
- For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth on the acrylic surface—do not use cleaners or sprays.

Some of Jules Frazier’s works are released as limited editions.  Limited edition prints are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity that is signed by Jules Frazier and part of a limited edition series. A signature on the front of the print or back is available if requested.
