What is your refund & return policy?

All orders are custom printed and made-to-order, so we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at studio@julesfrazier.com.

We will request clear photos of the damage so we can determine whether it was a shipping or printing issue. In the rare case of a printing error, we will notify our print partner and have your piece reprinted and framed at no cost to you.

Please note: slight color variations may occur between your screen and the final print due to monitor calibration differences.

Prints – What materials do you use?

All photographs are produced as fine art giclée prints using archival inks and museum-grade archival matte paper with a smooth white finish.

- Printed to order in multiple sizes
- Available with a 2-inch white mat or no mat
- Offered unframed or framed in hand-crafted wood frames (White, Black, or Natural)
- Each artwork includes a Certificate of Authenticity

What are the standard print sizes?

Our standard print sizes are:
8x12, 10x10, 12x18, 14x14, 16x24, 20x20, 24x36, 28x42, 30x30, 36x36, 34x51, 40x40, 40x60, 48x72

What are the framed dimensions?

The listed size refers to the final framed size (approximate final dimensions below). Prints with no mat plus frame are approximately the listed size on the product page. Reach out if you need exact dimensions. 

- 12x16 = 8x12 inch print + 2-inch mat (13x17 inch framed)
- 16x24 = 12x18 inch print + 2-inch mat (17x23 inch framed)
- 20x30 = 16x24 inch print + 2-inch mat (21x29 inch framed)
- 30x42 = 24x36 inch print + 2-inch mat (30x42 inch framed)
- 40x60 = 34x51 inch print + 2-inch mat (40x57 inch framed approx.)

Square formats:
- 15x15 = 10x10 inch print + 2-inch mat (15x15 inch framed)
- 20x20 = 14x14 inch print + 2-inch mat (20x20 inch framed)
- 25x25 = 20x20 inch print + 2-inch mat (25x25 inch framed)
- 36x36 = 30x30 inch print + 2-inch mat (36x36 inch framed)
- 40x40 = 40x40 inch print / no mat (40x40 inch framed)

*Non-glare acrylic or printing on matte metal with float frame is also available for an additional charge*

What kind of frames do you offer?

We offer high-quality handcrafted  gallery frames in White, Black, and Natural wood.

- Photographs are dry-mounted behind scratch- and UV-resistant, frame-grade acrylic.
- Each frame includes a dust cover back, hanging hardware (wire or wall buddies), and bumpers for professional, ready-to-hang quality.

Limited Edition Prints

Some of Jules Frazier’s works are released as limited editions.  Limited edition prints are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity that is signed by Jules Frazier. A signature on the front of the print is available if requested.  See details on the edition size on the product page. Please reach out to Jules with any questions.

Shipping & Handling

- All works are printed to order. Normal turn around time is  5–14 business days, plus shipping time, 1-2 weeks depending on where you live in the US.
- Prints and framed works arrive ready to hang.
- Free shipping in the USA on orders under 60 inches.
- Framed prints larger than 60 inches require custom crating and additional shipping charges.
- Book orders ship with standard shipping fees.

At this time, we ship within the USA only. If you are outside the U.S., please reach out for a custom shipping quote—we’re happy to make arrangements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase since all orders are made to order. 

How should I care for my fine art print?

- Avoid placing artwork in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity.
- Handle frames with care!
- For cleaning, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth on the acrylic surface—do not use cleaners or sprays.
