Meticulously edited from over a thousand photographs to a final selection of 250, this body of work is a rare blend of epic scale and personal storytelling. Most images were captured on transparency film using Jules’ vintage Calumet 4x5 and Hasselblad 2¼ large format cameras as well as Nikon and Canon , giving the collection its signature richness and authenticity.

This is more than a photography book — it’s a tribute to a disappearing myth, rendered in light, grit, and grace.

07.02.25. What started the series..from ski bum and photographer in Sun Valley to Rodeo Queen in 1985, Jules commemorates her title from 40 years ago and participates in the 4th of July Rodeo in Hailey, Idaho.
