Return Policy
What is your refund & return policy?
All orders are custom printed and made-to-order, so we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at studio@julesfrazier.com.
We will request clear photos of the damage so we can determine whether it was a shipping or printing issue. In the rare case of a printing error, we will notify our print partner and have your piece reprinted and framed at no cost to you.
Please note: slight color variations may occur between your screen and the final print due to monitor calibration differences.
