Meet Jules
Jules Frazier is a Seattle-based fine art photographer and author known for her modern editorial style and strong sense of story. Inspired by fashion, travel, design, and nostalgia, her work moves between beaches, ski towns, the American West, and destinations around the world. Much of her early Western work was photographed on film.
Part artist, part curator, and part coastal cowgirl, Jules has spent four decades creating highly collected photography. Her work includes limited editions, signature collections, books, and handcrafted framed photographs for collectors and thoughtfully designed interiors.

Over three decades in the making, Faded Icons of the West is both Jules Frazier’s tribute to the enduring spirit of the American West and a monograph of a photographer’s life’s work on film. Photographed with vintage cameras using 35mm, 2 1/4, and 4x5 film, the collection spans working ranches, roadside Americana, rodeo arenas, rodeo queens, and rodeo stars.
This 220-page, 13x11-inch oversized coffee table book features chapters including Frontier, Blue Tone, Rodeo Queen, Rodeo, Ranch, and Roadside. Printed on beautiful photographic paper and designed to pair effortlessly with any interior, the book also shares Frazier’s story of how it all began, along with behind the scenes images from decades on the road. A complete index includes the names and locations of every photograph in the book.
