About Dimensions

Image sizes are exact. Overall framed dimensions are approximate and have been rounded to the nearest inch. Finished measurements may vary slightly depending on framing specifications.

Presentation Options

ChromaLuxe Metal is also available with a float frame in matte or gloss. Square sizes above 40 × 40 inches are available by custom order. Oversized framing and shipping may require a separate quote.

Museum-quality archival prints on paper, metal or acrylic, with large-scale and handcrafted framing options. Certificate of authenticity.

All prints are made to order and produced in in the USA. Please allow 10 business days for production, plus transit time to your location.

We offer high-quality gallery frames in White, Black,Natural, and Walnut wood.
Photographs are dry-mounted behind scratch- and UV-resistant, frame-grade acrylic.
Each frame includes a dust cover back, hanging hardware on back of frame (wire for Small , Medium and Large and wall buddies for extra large sizes), and bumpers for professional, ready-to-hang quality.

What is your return and refund policy?

All Jules Frazier fine art photographs are custom printed and made to order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

We stand behind the quality of our artwork and will arrange a replacement for verified shipping damage or production defects.

Shipping Damage

All artwork is professionally packaged and insured during transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and retain all original packaging.

Shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery to studio@julesfrazier.com.

To qualify for a replacement, the following documentation is required:

Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
Photographs of the original shipping box and packaging, even if no damage is visible
A clear photograph of the original shipping label

All documentation and original packaging are required to process a shipping damage claim. Claims submitted after 14 days or without the required documentation cannot be processed.

Printing or Production Defects

If your artwork arrives with a printing, framing, or production defect, please contact us with photographs of the issue. Once verified with our production partner, the artwork will be replaced at no additional cost.

Color Variations

Please note that slight color variations between your screen and the finished artwork may occur due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings. These variations are not considered production defects.
