- The size listed in the product page refers to the approximate framed size. Framed pieces include an additional 2 inch mat plus a frame moulding (approximate final dimensions below):

All prints are made to order and produced in Portland, Oregon. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production, plus transit time to your location.

- Framed prints arrive ready to hang — wire hanger included; wall buddies provided for larger sizes
- Prints over 60 inches require custom crating; additional shipping charges apply

- We offer high-quality gallery frames in White, Black, and Natural wood.
- Photographs are dry-mounted behind scratch- and UV-resistant, frame-grade acrylic.
- Each frame includes a dust cover back, hanging hardware (wire or wall buddies), and bumpers for professional, ready-to-hang quality.
What is your refund & return policy?
All orders are custom printed and made-to-order, so we do not offer refunds. However, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If your print arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at studio@julesfrazier.com.
We will request clear photos of the damage so we can determine whether it was a shipping or printing issue. In the rare case of a printing error, we will notify our print partner and have your piece reprinted and framed at no cost to you.
Please note: slight color variations may occur between your screen and the final print due to monitor calibration differences.
